Organic cocoa for us is ethical cocoa or ethical living. Meaning that, we prefer to let our cocoa grow in it’s natural environment without
any artificial or chemical interference or enhancers. This also protects the land and all the other plants growing among the cocoa trees. By doing this we are protecting our immediate food source as we eat about sixty percent from our farm.

Organic farming is vital to saving insect, bird, animal and all other living organisms that make up the eco-system on our farm and the surrounding environs.

Over the last five years many of the surrounding cocoa farms have  followed our model and started farming organically.

Organic farming to us is a way of life and not just a status on a certificate.
